Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet food products, Luxe Bites cannot accept physical returns once an order has been delivered. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will provide a replacement or credit for any items that arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards.

Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your items for any signs of damage or spoilage incurred during transit.

Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the product and packaging if there is a quality concern or damage to the exterior box.
